The subscription

WhispVoice is sold by subscription. Every subscription opens with a 14-day free trial. We collect card details when the trial starts, and the first charge is taken at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are currently in, and you keep access until that period ends.

What you may do with the software

The macOS app is a fork of FluidVoice and is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3. That licence grants you the right to use, study, modify, and redistribute the software and its source. Your subscription pays for the hosted account, the builds we produce, and support. It does not restrict the rights the GPL gives you.

Sharing your account credentials or licence key so other people can use the service is not permitted, and we may end an account we believe is being shared.

What we promise, and what we do not

We aim to keep the service available and the apps working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and transcription accuracy varies with your microphone, your accent, and background noise.

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost data, or lost income arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes

If we change the price, we will email you before it affects your renewal, and you may cancel rather than accept it.
